Each service package is priced based on client needs, project complexity, and resources needed to complete the project. Hence why we do not provide immediate pricing on our website. 

We serve brands from across North America! Our team is also able travel to anywhere in North America to serve all your media needs. 

Our normal hours for operations are from 9:00am – 6:00pm EST Toronto, ON (GMT-5). Keep in mind we always have our emails running so we try to get back to our clients questions throughout the day and night when possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to respond. 

Project start time can rely a lot on what the client needs out of the project. We always like to start with an onboarding call to discuss the project and gather any information our team might need from you. Next, we would follow through with a schedule of what the timeline of the project would look like and the deadline. A short agreement on price and terms and conditions will be signed by the client. At that time the project will commence. Not all projects are like this as some are shorter than others.

Project time depends on the service provided. Web Design projects can last anywhere from 2-8 weeks, Graphic work can be anywhere from 24hrs – 3 weeks

Our experience in the past has let us work with many website developers including WIX, WordPress, and Shopify. We are able to update your current website, migrate it, and fully rebuild it from the ground up with our bespoke software and exclusive software plugins.
